You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Services respectfully and lawfully and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4) Ministry Communications and Consent

We provide communications that include devotionals, event information, encouragements, administrative notices, and marketing messages.

Email

You may receive emails when you interact with our forms or subscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. We may still send transactional or service messages such as confirmations, receipts, or important notices.

SMS or MMS Messaging

We may use a customer relationship platform, such as GoHighLevel by HighLevel, Inc., to deliver text messages.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages and ministry updates from KGM at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or donation. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opt out by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the support details above. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or deactivate your number, update your profile or notify us.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any law or the rights of others

Post or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data

Interfere with the security or performance of the Services

Use any automated means to access or scrape the Services without written permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6) User Content, Prayer Requests, and Testimonials

You are responsible for any content you submit, including prayer requests, comments, and testimonials. Do not share sensitive information that you prefer to keep private. By submitting content, you grant KGM a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display it in connection with the Services and our ministry communications. We may edit or remove content consistent with our values and legal obligations.

If you wish to withdraw permission for public display of a testimonial or identifiable prayer request, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request going forward.

7) Donations, Payments, Registrations, and Digital Products

Payment Processing. Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers. Your transactions are subject to the processor’s terms and privacy notices.

Donations. Donations are generally nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the request.

Recurring Giving. You can change or cancel a recurring donation at any time before the next charge by using the link in your receipt or contacting us.

Event Registrations and Tickets. Event terms, pricing, and cancellation windows are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, all registrations are final.

Digital Products or Resources. All sales for digital items are final unless required by law. Licenses are for personal, noncommercial use and may not be shared or resold.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is owned by KGM or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works, or exploit any content without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

9) Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party features such as video players, calendars, payment pages, analytics, or chat tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Review their policies before engaging.

10) Counseling, Medical, and Legal Disclaimers

KGM provides spiritual resources and encouragement. Content is for informational and spiritual purposes only and does not constitute professional counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Always seek the guidance of qualified professionals for such matters. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, call your local emergency number immediately.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12) Call Recording and Quality Assurance

Where permitted by law and with appropriate notice, we may record or monitor calls or messages for training, quality assurance, compliance, and to document consent. By continuing with a recorded interaction after notice, you consent to recording.

13) Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that defects will be corrected.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGM and our directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars or the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KGM and our directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

16) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time with or without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

17) Changes to the Services and to These Terms

We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date shows when these Terms were last updated. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country where KGM is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any permitted court action will be the state and federal courts located in [insert state and county], and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This clause does not apply where prohibited by law.

19) International Use

We operate from the United States. If you access the Services from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We do not represent that the Services are appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

20) Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and KGM regarding the Services.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as permitted by law.
